OK, sniping is not hunting, and hunting is not sniping. NEVER use the two interchangeably.

A sniper is a person. Usually, a very highly trained one. A sniper rifle is ANY rifle in the hands of an operating sniper. You cannot be people in this country.

No "BB" gun is good for anything like "very long range."

BB guns are not generally used for hunting anything. Occasionally, you can use one for clearing out rodents, or small pests, but that's PEST control, not hunting.

I do not know of a company named "metal." Almost all non-toy guns are made with metal. Most hunting rifles are mostly made out of metal. None of them are made by anybody named metal.

What you are looking for is a break-barrel air rifle, in .177, or .22.
