1. A Semi-auto electric pistol would be redundant, I don't know of any.
2. AEP (Automatic Electric Pistols) are VERY, VERY infamous for low build quality, and reliability (you can't fit quality into that small of a package)
3. Your chances of finding one for $20 are one in a million, the cheapest one i've seen is $45, and as I said, they are ALL low quality.
